InkaVue is a trading name of Inkanoko, a Finnish company (Business ID 3458486-8, VAT FI34584868). References to "InkaVue," "we," "us," or "our" mean Inkanoko operating under the InkaVue brand. References to "you" or "Client" mean the business purchasing the services below.
InkaVue provides the following as part of the initial setup:

The current presentation of these inclusions is described at inkavue.com and may evolve over time. The items above represent the core scope of the services; where a specific feature does not apply to your business (for example, a Google Business Profile that does not exist or a service without repeat-purchase potential), the closest applicable equivalent will be provided instead. Optional add-on services described on the site as "available as you grow" are not included unless agreed separately.
Advertising management (running or optimizing paid ad campaigns) is explicitly outside the scope of these services unless agreed separately in writing.
Initial payment: $1,495, charged at signup. This covers the one-time setup work and the first month of the retainer.
Recurring payment: $495, charged monthly thereafter on the monthly anniversary of the initial payment, for as long as the retainer continues.
Payments are processed via Stripe. You authorize InkaVue to charge your payment method on file automatically each billing cycle. If a payment fails, InkaVue may retry the charge and/or suspend services until payment is resolved.
The retainer runs month-to-month with no minimum commitment. You may cancel at any time by emailing notice to clientmanagement@inkavue.com (or the email address designated at signup).
To take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, cancellation notice must be received at least three (3) working days before that cycle ends. Notice received later than this takes effect at the end of the following billing cycle. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the applicable paid billing cycle; no partial refund is issued for a cycle already in progress.
The initial $1,495 payment is non-refundable once InkaVue has begun setup work. If you cancel before any work has started, contact us and a refund may be issued at InkaVue's discretion.
Monthly retainer payments are non-refundable once charged, per the cancellation terms in Section 4.
Timely delivery depends on you providing reasonably prompt access, information, and approvals (e.g. domain/DNS access, branding assets, review of drafts). Delays on your end may delay setup and are not considered a breach by InkaVue.
Pages, automations, and workflows built for you run on InkaVue-managed infrastructure for as long as the retainer is active. If you cancel, hosting and access to these systems ends at the close of your final billing cycle unless a separate transition arrangement is agreed in writing.
InkaVue's services are designed to reduce lost leads and improve response times, but InkaVue does not guarantee a specific number of leads, calls, reviews, or any particular revenue outcome. Results depend on factors outside InkaVue's control, including your market, offer, and existing reputation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InkaVue's total liability arising from these services is limited to the fees you paid in the three (3) months preceding the claim. InkaVue is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.
Each party agrees to keep the other's non-public business information confidential and to use it only for the purpose of delivering or receiving these services.
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in accordance with Finnish law.
InkaVue may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated by email where practical.
