About InkaVue
InkaVue is an operations partner for US home-service companies. We look after the website, the reviews, the follow-up and the missed calls, so the work you already paid to win stops slipping away.
Most trades businesses we look at are not short of demand. They are short of a system that catches it. The estimate that never got followed up, the call that came in during a job, the review nobody remembered to ask for. None of it shows up as a loss anywhere, which is exactly why it keeps happening.
There is no shortage of companies willing to sell a contractor more leads. Far fewer are interested in the unglamorous work of making sure the leads already arriving turn into booked jobs. That is the part we do.
We are deliberately not an ad agency. We do not run campaigns or spend your budget on clicks. We take the money you already spend on your phone line, your website and your reputation, and make sure it stops leaking.
We learned this the slow way. InkaVue grew out of Inkanoko, our parent company, doing the same work for businesses in Finland and the UK. The gaps we kept finding there exist in the US too, but they cost far more: bigger average jobs, homeowners comparing more contractors before they call, and much harder competition in search. A missed call worth a few hundred in Helsinki is worth several thousand in Rochester.
Rather than bolt the US onto a European business, we built a separate one for it. Same method, built around US trades, US pricing and US working hours.
Founder
InkaVue was started after watching the same pattern repeat across small service businesses: capable operators losing work to nothing more than a slow website and an unanswered phone, while being sold advertising they did not need.
The company is built so that every client has a named point of contact with direct access to the people who build and run their system. No rota, no ticket queue, and no separate freelancer for each piece of the job.
We work US Eastern hours from Finland, so your afternoon is our evening and we are online during your working day. The systems themselves run around the clock regardless of where anyone is sitting.
We record what we find before asking for anything. If there is nothing wrong, we say so. It is a slower way to win work and a much better way to keep it.
The same install at the same price for every business. No discovery phase designed to work out what you can afford.
Every month you get what came in and what it was worth, in plain numbers. Impressions and engagement rates do not pay for a truck.
The standard partnership covers the whole customer-facing layer. Bigger jobs, full site rebuilds, AI call answering, multi-location setups, are quoted separately when you want them.
InkaVue is a trading name of Inkanoko, and both halves of that name belong to a dog.
Inka was mine, from Poland, and the best company I have had. Oko is Polish for eye. Inkanoko therefore means something close to Inka's eye, which is how the parent company got its mark.
When this arm of the business started, the eye stayed and the language changed: vue, a view. Seeing what is actually there. It is a sentimental origin for a company that spends its days on missed calls and review counts, but it keeps us pointed at the right idea. Look properly, then say what you see.
Send us your website and we will record a short video showing where your business is losing work. Free, no call required, and yours to keep whichever way you go.
