The service

What is included in the base partnership?

Even the base package covers the whole customer-facing layer rather than one piece of it. The one-time setup builds a mobile-first conversion page, a before-and-after project gallery, missed-call text-back wired to your business line, an automated review request workflow with a satisfaction check in front of it, a referral workflow, a review display on your page, Google Business Profile optimisation, and technical fixes such as SSL, mobile responsiveness and page speed.

The monthly keeps all of it running: hosting and upkeep, weekly Google Business Profile posts, ongoing management of the review, referral and missed-call automations, win-back and service reminder campaigns, a monthly report in dollars, minor tweaks, and support.

That is the floor, not the ceiling. Anything more involved is quoted separately and only when you actually want it. See what else we can take on.

Do you run ads for me?

No, and that is deliberate. We do not run or optimise paid campaigns and we do not take a percentage of ad spend.

Our job is the opposite end of the pipe: making sure the enquiries you already get, from search, referrals, your van, or ads someone else runs, actually turn into booked work instead of quietly disappearing.

Can you take on more than the standard package?

Yes. The base partnership is built to be the same for everyone so there is no haggling over price, but plenty of businesses need more than the standard scope and we are happy to discuss those case by case.

Work we regularly take on alongside the partnership:

  • A full website rebuild rather than an added conversion page
  • Hosting and maintenance of your entire site, not just the pages we build
  • AI call answering and booking, so calls are handled rather than just returned
  • Seasonal or storm-response landing pages for when demand spikes
  • Additional service-area pages as you expand into new towns or counties
  • Instant estimate request forms and online booking calendars
  • Text-to-pay invoicing
  • Done-for-you social content and posting
  • Multi-location or multi-brand setups

None of it is bundled in by default and none of it is pushed on you. Tell us what you are trying to solve and we will tell you what it takes, or tell you honestly that you do not need it.

What happens to my existing website?

It stays yours and stays where it is. We do not take over your domain or demand control of your hosting.

What we add is a conversion page built to turn searches into phone calls, plus the automations behind it. Where your existing site has fixable problems such as no SSL, poor mobile layout or slow loading, we address those as part of the setup where we can.

Do I have to change my phone number?

No. Missed-call text-back is connected to the number your customers already use. You keep the number on your van, your cards and your listings.

What trades is this for?

Home-service businesses where a single job is worth roughly $3,000 or more: roofing, HVAC, foundation repair, water damage restoration, solar, landscaping and hardscaping, and similar.

The reason for that threshold is simple arithmetic. At that ticket size, recovering one job that would otherwise have been lost covers the cost of the whole year. Below it, the numbers stop making sense and we would rather say so than take the money.

Working together

How did a Finnish company end up working with US contractors?

InkaVue grew out of Inkanoko, our parent company, which does this kind of work for businesses in Finland and the UK.

The same pattern turned up in almost every account: the problem was rarely a shortage of enquiries, it was what happened to the enquiries that already existed. Calls nobody returned, pages that loaded too slowly to matter, review counts left to chance.

Looking at the US market, the same gaps were there but the cost of them was far higher. Average job values are bigger, homeowners compare more contractors before calling, and search competition is fiercer. A missed call worth a few hundred in Helsinki is worth several thousand in Rochester.

So rather than treat the US as an afterthought on a European business, we built a separate brand for it. InkaVue is that: the same core method, built specifically around US home-service trades, US pricing and US working hours.

Where are you based?

Finland. We work US Eastern hours, which in practice means our evening is your afternoon, so we are online during your working day rather than asleep through it.

The systems themselves do not care where anyone is sitting. Missed-call text-back, review requests and your lead capture page run around the clock, including at two in the morning when someone finds you after a burst pipe.

We are a Finnish registered company, Inkanoko, Business ID 3458486-8. The billing is in US dollars and the service is built entirely for the US market. There is more on how that came about in the question above.

Who do I actually deal with?

One named point of contact who knows your account, not a rota and not a ticket queue. Whoever that is will have direct access to the people who built your system, so a change request does not travel through three layers before anything happens.

We deliberately keep it that way as we grow. The whole model depends on your system being understood by the people looking after it.

How long does setup take, and what do you need from me?

Usually live within a week. You book one kickoff call of about thirty minutes, we build over the following few days, and we walk you through what is running at the end of it.

What we need from you:

  • Your website or domain details, or the name of whoever manages them
  • The email on your Google Business Profile, if you have one
  • The phone number your customers call
  • Your logo and a handful of job photos, if they are handy

If some of that is missing or you are not sure what you have, book the call anyway. Working around gaps is what the call is for.

I already have someone who does my website. Does this replace them?

Not necessarily. Plenty of businesses keep the person who built their site and use us for the operational layer on top, the reviews, the follow-up and the missed calls, which is usually the part nobody owns.

If it turns out you are already well covered, we will tell you that rather than sell around it.

Money and commitment

What does it cost?

$1,495 once to build and install everything, then $495 a month to run it. The same price for every business, with no scoping call to work out what you might be willing to pay.

For comparison, buying the same coverage from separate vendors runs roughly $810 to $1,630 a month before anyone manages any of it for you.

Is there a contract, and how do I cancel?

Month to month, no minimum term. You cancel by emailing us. To take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, notice needs to reach us at least three working days before that cycle ends, otherwise it takes effect at the end of the following one.

There are no cancellation fees and nobody will call to talk you out of it. The full detail is in the Terms of Service.

If I cancel, do I keep everything you built?

Honest answer: not all of it, and it is worth understanding this before you start rather than after.

The conversion page and the automations run on infrastructure we manage. That is what keeps the monthly cost at $495 instead of you paying for and maintaining a stack of separate tools. When the partnership ends, those stop running at the end of your final paid cycle.

What stays yours regardless: your domain, your existing website, your Google Business Profile, and every review and referral the system earned you along the way. Those are permanent, they sit on platforms you own, and they are usually the most valuable thing the partnership produces.

If you ever want to take the setup elsewhere, talk to us and we will agree a transition rather than simply switching things off.

Do you guarantee results?

No, and be careful of anyone in this business who does. We cannot promise a specific number of calls or jobs, because that depends on your market, your pricing, your reputation and how you handle the work once it arrives.

What we do commit to is showing you the numbers honestly every month, including the months where they are not flattering. If the system is not earning its keep, you will see that in the report from us rather than having to work it out yourself, and you can leave at the end of any cycle.

Is the free leak check actually free?

Yes. No card, no call required, nothing to sign. You send your website, we send a short video showing where work is being lost.

Some people watch it, fix things themselves or hand it to whoever built their site, and we never hear from them again. That is a perfectly good outcome. We would rather spend twenty honest minutes showing you something true than an hour of your time on a sales call.

Still deciding? Start with the free one.

A short video showing exactly where your business is losing work. No call required, nothing to sign, and yours to keep whichever way you go.
